Palo Santo is a holy tree that the Incas and indigenous people of South America have been using for:
 cleansing themselves, their possessions, and their habitat of negative energy;
for grounding themselves;
for meditation;
for calming;
for inspiration;
for ritualistic purposes;
and as an inscence for creating a pleasant atmosphere in one's house.  
 
One stick can be used multiple times.
 
Palo Santo has a delicate and fresh  scent, with sweet and woody notes of pine, cedar, spices, citrus fruit, mint, as well as a warm fragrance of frankincense (that is a close relative of Palo Santo's).
