To create your hand made bracelet takes up to 3 working days if you have provided a wrist size as well as a valid address, then it is prepared for shipping.

We use Royal Mail second class signed for or Hermes which have a delivery time between 2-3 working days.

We also can offer Royal Mail first class signed for or Special Delivery for an additional cost.

First class signed for delivery is 1-2 working days.

For international shipping may take 12-25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.

Lovinne ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.

The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.

Tracking information is available within 1-3 days. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. You will get an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us, please contact our support team on the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.

In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Lovinne has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

On very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, which, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

It can sometimes take a few days for our delivery partners to scan and track all packages. Sometimes a scan can be missed and it may look like your package has not moved for several days. In these instances, the package is usually still in transit and the situation resolves itself within a few days.
